Hi-resolution images with good lighting and contrast work best. Clear, front-facing images of pets or people ensure the best detail in the embroidery.

Tote Bags & Handbags: High-quality canvas or cotton-blend materials.

Throw Pillows: Soft, plush fabric with a removable cover for easy washing.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Since every item is custom-made, orders typically take 2-3 weeks to process and ship. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Can I add custom text along with my image?

Yes! We can add names, dates, or short text to your design. Just include your request in the customization section when ordering.

Can I get multiple pets or people embroidered on one product?

Absolutely! We can include multiple subjects in one design. If you have any special requests, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
